The hotel is situated in the high part of Andorra, at the foot of the GrandValira ski resort, the largest in the whole of the Pyrenees. Nevertheless, the village and the hotel maintain a welcoming family atmosphere. The hotel organises a daily programme of free activities for its guests.

Routes and Excursions
1. “Vall de Madriu”, (easy, 4-5h, 650m). A walk through a glacial valley declared a world heritage site.
2. Pic de Casamanya (intermediate difficulty, 5h, 800m ascent). An easy climb to a wonderful viewpoint.
3. Pic de Pessons (intermediate difficulty, 5h, 860m ascent). One of the most attractive routes in Andorra, passing by 17 lakes until we reach the peak of Pessons.
4. Pic de Fontblanca, (difficult, 5.5h, 900m ascent). Through the Rialp valley to the peak of Fontblanca, for mountaineers.
5. Pic de Comapedrosa (very difficult, 7h, 1,450m ascent). The climb of the highest peak in Andorra, with a fantastic panoramic view. A route for mountaineers.
The hotel has its own team of guides who speak several languages (including German, English, and French) and who organise free activities for the hotel’s guests, like climbing courses, family walks and trekking, canyoning and via ferrate and also cultural and historical visits in Andorra. Programmes can also be organised “a la carte” for groups of ten people or more.
