Routes and Excursions

1. Around Espot (easy, 2h) descent (and climb) to the village of Escaló.

2. From the Sant Maurici lake to the Monastero valley (easy, 4h, 300m). The most solitary valley at the foot of the “Encantats” range.

3. From Espot to the Sant Maurici lake (easy, 3h, 600m). Climbing or descending the beautiful Escrita valley.

4. Sant Maurici to the pass/Pic de Ratera (intermediate difficulty, 5h, 700m). The choice of climbing a famous peak and returning by the Amitges refuge.

5. Pic de Peguera (difficult, 7h, 1,100m). A climb to the most spectacular viewpoint in the area.
