In a limited space you find various natural parks, like the Somiedo and the national park the Picos de Europa.

In less than 40 kms we get to the wild cantabrian coast whose peaks of mountains are nearly always  covered with snow and which reach until 2600 m height. It is also a cultural and monumental paradise, with cities like Oviedo, Gijon, Cudillero and the sanctuary Covadonga as well as the preroman hermitages like the one of Naranco.

From our two senderhotels near the coast you can walk along the steep coast and the beach of the cantabrian coast limited to the mountains. At the same time the are starting points for endless excursions through the Picos de Europa and cantabrian mountain range.
